Needs to be able to interact with all levels of the business; as will become the SPOC for questions in area of expertise.​ Excellent communication skills - must have the ability to present complex analysis to non-technical people​ Must be able to work collaboratively, and create alliances - this role will be responsible for finding issues within the data and source systems, but will not be able to actually fix them.​ Must be willing to act as a point of contact for other businesses.​ Must be diplomatic, willing to find the solution rather than look at the problem​
