Job Sumnary
GlobalFoundries seeks a Finance Analyst within its Capital Finance team. This position will support tracking and monitoring of enterprise capital incentives & recoveries. This role will require the ability to work effectively across many regions and cross-functionally.
Your Job:
Monitor and report on the commitments of each grant relative to plan
Develop standardized tracking methodologies and templates to enable reporting automation
Partner with project owners to drive accountability and compliance at a project level
Work with program finance owners to ensure accuracy of accruals, forecasting, and cash flow modeling
Support ROI analysis for new grant opportunities and drive socialization of incentives to business owners
Collaborate across departments to share pertinent information as needed
Standardize balance sheet recons
Develop reporting solutions (PowerBi, Anaplan, Excel) to enable efficient reporting of Incentives & Recoveries
Drive process improvement and standardization
Required Qualifications:
BA/BS in Finance or Accounting
Demonstrate strong accounting and financial analysis skills
Action oriented with the ability to distill complex agreements
Ability to meet work and project deadlines in a timely fashion with high quality output
Strong PC skills and excellence in Microsoft suite
Problem-solver – guiding, implementing, and sustaining process excellence
