POSITION TITLE: Analyst – Central Pricing
REPORTS TO: Supervisor – Central Pricing
POSITION SUMMARY: The Analyst - Central Pricing is responsible for the Omni pricing execution, audit, and analysis for multiple channels, domestic and international AEO businesses, including stores and online.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute all pricing scenarios as required (e.g. Storewide, Test, Promotion, White Sticker, etc.) Audit pricing sessions and events to ensure 100% accuracy at store level, on the web and in the stock ledger Submit and obtain required approvals and retain documentation ensuring SOX compliancy Participate in all pricing meetings to capture pricing decisions for stores, store deviations and direct Collaborate and advise Planner of active pricing activities and aid in the interpretation and execution of all pricing initiatives Work cross-functionally with Store Operations and Marketing to determine best methods for execution and communication to stores Strategize and execute all price, item and leaseline test initiatives in coordination with Research & Testing department Execute analysis and entry of all associated merchandise reclass activities and pricing Aid and maintain pricing session and event analytics Develop and maintain pricing documentation and training materials Respond, track and assist in resolution of PLU Hotline Store inquiries Administer pricing systems as required (e.g. user access, store groups, pricing ladders by country) Ownership and execution of presentation/clearance flag status and timing Assist Senior Pricing Analyst in training new Central Pricing Analysts and beneficiary training for cross functional teams Additional projects and responsibilities as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, Finance, or related field 2+ years of retail experience preferred Store management experience or related experience preferred Knowledge of POS register systems preferred Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, & planning skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting PAY/BENEFITS INFORMATION: Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
