The Contributions Operations under Benefits Accounts Financial Operations team is looking for a competent resource to join as Analyst. The colleague will work with a globally distributed, high-performing, integrated team on a wide variety of clients and deliver a range of financial processes like monitoring & validating fund receipts, fund posting, refund of unapplied fund and addressing contribution research help tickets and JIRAs . The colleague will have diverse range of experiences which will provide continuous learning and development opportunities.
This position will require working effectively in a team environment, effectively interacting with other teams/stake holders as required for task delivery. The individual works with Internal Acclaim Application, Bank, Card, Investment Portal, MS Excel & JIRA along with various process logs / registers.
This position will be responsible for / expected to have the following:
Performs intermediate & critical Contributions processes by following Standard operating procedures. Performs quality checking, ready to take additional assignments/challenges, flexible with tasks/assignments and shift alignment. Proactively approaches to identify issues/exceptions and take ownership to analyse, identify the root cause and provide probable solution engaging the other teammates Escalating the issue to relevant departments and interacting with them to solve the problem Identify process improvement opportunities and communicate to supervisor for implementation. Seeks ways to gain in-depth process knowledge. Actively participates in the domain training programs followed by successfully completion of evaluation. Deliver assigned tasks on time and maintain process controls Updating SOPs as assigned, providing evidence for audit control requirements Conducting team huddle and ERM as required. The candidate should have 4 + years’ experience in similar industry / processes with US / Global clients Must have knowledge and experience with the Acclaim or similar platform Possesses good analytical skills & accounting knowledge, understanding of financial entries and impacts Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word Strong sense of urgency, ownership and accountability for completing the assigned task Flexible with shift alignment and ready to work as per the plan Ability to maintain a positive attitude Good written and verbal communication skills are needed to work with internal and external customers. Knowledge of consumer driven health care plans, US banking and card network is a plus.
