Summary Supports system personnel through clinical, quality, and resource utilization reports and analyses. Performs other duties as assigned. Responsibilities + Creates reports and performs analyses on quality, resource utilization, and patient care metrics. + Updates and maintains Decision Support/CDM patient/clinical data/other data sets as needed for proper data integrity as well as sub-setting and merging data as needed. + Uses and demonstrates proficiency with all available organizational informational systems including internal Decision Support systems, core clinical systems, and other non-DS maintained data sets/warehouses as well as data manipulation and analysis tools. + Supports other Data Management areas with reports, analyses, and data base maintenance and auditing. + Completes assigned goals. Requirements, Preferences and Experience Education Minimum: Bachelor's in Statistics, a financial field, Healthcare-related field, other data-oriented field or other associated field required. Experience Preferred: 3 years experience in a data related field or 1 year of healthcare experience.
