Job Description:Position Objective: The compliance analyst role will support company’s initiatives in complying with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role is vital in maintaining our company's integrity and reputation by managing compliance risks effectively. Providing regulatory compliance support and monitoring of companywide products and services is the primary focus. The individual in this role will support various areas by assessing and evaluating business processes and accompanying key controls to identify areas of risk and to provide appropriate recommendations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Qualifications:

Principal Accountabilities: This role will be involved in assessing enterprise-wide functions including support for Individual Markets, Group Benefits and Investment business areas. The role will support regulatory requirements related to insurance, securities, broker-dealer and investment advisor activities as outlined below.

Compliance Shared Services
Conduct Comprehensive Risk Assessments: Identify potential compliance risks and evaluate their potential impact on the organization. Develop Risk Mitigation Strategies: Collaborate with various departments to implement effective risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Prepare Risk Assessment Reports: Document findings, analyze risk levels, and present actionable recommendations to senior management.Skills and Knowledge:
Strong analytical abilities to assess risks, identify trends, and develop effective risk mitigation strategies. Build and maintain strong working knowledge of all relevant regulations and apply that knowledge to evaluating business controls.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Functional Skills:

Bachelor’s degree required (degree in finance, business administration, law, or a related field is preferred). Understanding and/or ability to learn regulatory and compliance environment and lifecycleMastery of the Microsoft Office Suite including MS Excel, Word and PowerPointPreferred experience with reporting software, i.e. Tableau
