Title: Analyst – CRM Activities

Location: Bangalore – Electronic City

 

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Create / Update contact and account in SFDC. Create/Assign Leads in SFDC. Work on Cases in SFDC. Adhere to TAT and Quality for all the process as set. Work on Adhoc requests when asked/requested. Work on additional responsibilities given by TL.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Create/Update the Accurate Customer data in SFDC.Support Data Cleansing process on SFDCCreate & assign Leads for Sales and Marketing team.Support Global team.

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with inclination to work on SFDC tool.

 

Experience:

Fresher or 1-3 years (Analyst) of experience is preferred.A sound knowledge of written and spoken English.

 

Technical Skills / Competencies:

Basics of MS Excel & MS WordEye for detailing and accuracyMindset towards working on data cleansing activities.

 

Behavioral Competencies:

Quick & agile mindsetCustomer orientation

 

ADDITIONAL LOCAL NEEDS

Shift timings 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm IST time zone, covering Global teams.
