Tasks and Qualifications:This is What you Will Do in This Role:
Participates in the design of semi-complex systems that integrate hardware and software.Own equipment design, configuration, and application for subsystems or specific control areas for large and small projects.Provides support in semi-complex material specification, equipment configuration, layout drawing generation, bill-of-materials development, and appropriate follow-up.Has knowledge of project budgets, schedules, and risks. Focuses on meeting deadlines, achieving budget, and managing risk with team leads.Participates in recommending ideas related to productivity improvement, cost reduction and improvement in customer satisfaction.Performs important areas of standard professional level work that typically requires processing and interpreting more complex, less clearly defined issues.Completes equipment configuration and order entry for mechanical hardware and resale components.Attends and able to lead technical reviews of simple projects or areas.Refers sophisticated or unusual problems to others with more experience in the field of work.Performs site-audits at initiation of project to gather site information and confirm scope.Performs on-site commissioning activities independently or as part of a team.Review & report feedback of site readiness Audits (commissioning checklist/instructions).Attend meetings before travel with site lead/project manager.Review Commissioning Plan and Schedule.Coordinate with field project management, engineering teams, mechanical & controls, for project execution.Identifies and resolves readily identifiable, clearly defined problems.Seeks-out growth and knowledge in a specific technical area.Mentor and share knowledge with less expert engineers.Provides guidance to installation teams.Follows current safety standard processes while on-site and aware of current safety design practices.What We Are Looking For:
BS/BA in mechanical engineering or advanced degree.2-4 years of successful experience in related field.Demonstrates and applies a broad knowledge of field of specialization through successful completion of moderately complex assignments.Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, NX, or similar.Experience with MS programs, Words, Excel, TeamsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work well within a team environment#LI-AM2
