The Analyst will play a crucial supporting role for the various activities under Enterprise IT Asset management team largely to expand the portfolio to Non-Engineering software. The position will be the primary support to the Specialists in the team to take up more strategic software under the team's umbrella and play a pivotal role in supporting technical activities of these apps. The Analyst is also required to support the already standardized Engineering License management alongside other team members
The Analyst will participate in supporting implementations, provide first and second level support as required, and participate in enhancement projects by working with other teams to ensure all 'Run' projects and tasks are successfully executed on time.

Working knowledge in Enterprise Software Asset Management Intermediate experience in Engineering Software Asset management in a medium to large organization Good Knowledge of licensing systems for software like Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Adobe, Bluebeam, ERP systems as well as Flexlm, RLM, DSLS etc. (configuration, troubleshooting, RCA, monitoring) Knowledge to maintain compliance, perform optimization, manage monitoring and communication as well as participate in contract renewals and audits for SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Adobe and Microsoft products (must-have)Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, and other IT software licensing models and metrics measurementsNon-technical and Interpersonal:Advanced Analytical skills especially when managing large volumes of data Ability to participate in multiple roles and projects at the same time with immaculate time management Team player, as this is a bridge role between internal team members and other teams within Eaton IT Qualifications B.Tech. / B.E from an accredited institutionOverall Experience: 4+ years, with minimum 2+ years in Software Asset Management
Skills Knowledge of various Software Asset Management Processes and tools (on-prem and cloud) as well license monitoring/reporting systems like OpenLM, OpenIT, SAO, Flexera suite. Knowledge of Data management and Six Sigma processes in an IT environment (ITIL certification added advantage) MS Office (specifically PowerBI, PowerAutomate, PowerApps, PowerPoint and Excel) and report development skills to develop required reports and metrics and derive decks presentable to SLTSelf-starter and self-motivated with a keen acumen towards customer satisfaction and problem managementCollaborate across value streams/chains within ITTeam player, as this is a bridge role between teams (internal within IT and with businesses)Ability to manage time, prioritze work and ensure deadlines are met successfully
