Join the Business Analytics team at Workhuman, where we sit at the core of the organization, driving strategy, planning, and decision-making through data. As an Analyst in the Executive Analytics group, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our company’s trajectory by delivering impactful insights and supporting strategic decisions at the highest levels. Collaborating with cross-functional teams across Strategic Planning, eCommerce, Marketing, Product, and more, you’ll have a direct line of influence on the C-suite. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of data, business, and technology, making a tangible impact on the success of a global organization.

The Skills you will bring 

Expertise in querying and visualizing large datasets using SQL and data visualization tools. 

Experience building and maintaining production-grade data pipelines for dashboards and live solutions. 

Familiarity with cloud data warehouses such as Redshift, GBQ, or Snowflake; experience with dbt is a plus. 

Strong business intuition and a proactive, action-oriented mindset. 

Exceptional communication and project management skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving. 

A deep understanding of both business strategy and the technical intricacies of analytics.

Delivered dashboards that transformed data into actionable insights. 

Built robust data pipelines that enhanced reporting accuracy and efficiency. 

Partnered with cross-functional teams to identify key business metrics and design impactful solutions.
