Job Summary:
This role will report directly to the Head of Finance and will be responsible for financial analysis within the Platform.
Responsibilities:
Monitor, review, and report on trends and patterns of revenue and expenses within Great LakesSupport the budgeting/planning process with various cross functional partners across the Great Lakes platformAssist with expense management and analysis including compensation, employee expense reporting, and vendor payablesAssist creation of reporting to ensure that business has the tools and data for effective decision making including but not limited to Pipeline Analysis, KPI’s, platform financials, C&S projections, and segment financials. Create efficient process for population of weekly, monthly, annual reports for platform executive and market segment leads pre and post system integration.Assist in standing up efficient reforecast/outlook process that gives accurate picture of financial performance.Help foster effective communication between corporate FP&A and platform financeProvide support on quarterly platform finance initiatives.Be the Workday and Adaptive Planning expert for the platform.Provide other support as needed to the Head of Finance for the Great Lakes Platform*This description is not meant to be all-inclusive and may be modified from time to time at the discretion of management.

Workday and related application experience preferred.Applied EPIC experience is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).Other Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting5 plus years of experience in a finance, accounting, or related role required.Prior variance analysis experience preferred.Knowledge of working relationship between balance sheet and income statement preferred.Insurance brokerage/related industry background is a plus.Work Environment:
