Principal responsibilities
Collaborate with Frontline staff to identify thematic trends and prepare bite-size contentDesign / Modify the business pages on the Content Hub, as per business requirementQuality Check content submitted to ensure they meet the expected quality standards to be publishedUpload content and Follow up with publishers on a regular basis to ensure the content remains refreshedConduct training sessions for publishers and consumers as necessaryPrepare weekly / monthly MI on the usage of the Hub and contribute to developing strategies to drive usageHave the willingness to own and tackle problems as they arise and ability to identify issues for upward referralSome careers have more impact than others.
