Within the Technical Operations (Tech Ops) Strategy Performance team, the Analyst Global Maintenance Strategy is tasked with analyzing maintenance efforts within the network to continuously align and evolve with the airline’s complex commercial and fleet objectives. They will perform work that leverages data modeling and analytical skills to help create actionable insights and craft the story of the maintenance plan.
Provide analytical insights to create and drive United’s line maintenance footprint strategyPerform strategic Tech Ops schedule reviews to raise divisional awareness of upcoming schedule changes, changing aircraft access opportunities and risk, and lead strategic discussions on workload scheduling and how it impacts the line maintenance networkResearch elements of Tech Ops reliability, productivity, and efficiency to identify areas of opportunity for refinement and improvement of the global line maintenance strategyCollaborate with cross-functional Tech Ops (Line Maintenance, Base Maintenance, Reliability and Engineering, Supply Chain, etc.) and airline teams (Network Planning, Air Ops Planning, Network Operations Center, etc.) to implement strategic direction of the maintenance footprintFind your future at United We’re reinventing what our industry looks like, and what an airline can be – from the planes we fly to the people who fly them.
