Description:
The Compliance Analyst role will support the development and ongoing maintenance of a comprehensive and sustainable global compliance program for the GMNS Line of Business. Reporting into the GMNS Compliance Manager, the role will ensure that compliance risks are identified, assessed, monitored and controlled. This includes oversight of the Compliance Risk Management Program (e.g., Strategic Compliance Plan, Compliance Risk Assessment, Business Unit Compliance Assessment, Issue Management, Monitoring/Testing) and reporting progress against Program deliverables.
Responsibilities:
Support development and ongoing maintenance of the Compliance program for the GMNS business. Support the team in developing and providing regular status reporting for sharing with compliance leadership and stakeholders on a regular basis. Liaise as required with the relevant stakeholders, including but not limited to: Global Compliance Risk Management Program Team, Control Management, and Global Financial Crimes Compliance (GFCC). Assist ongoing activities related to compliance risk management in GMNS. Support regulatory examinations, internal audit reviews, Compliance monitoring and testing, and related efforts, when required. Self-motivated, energetic team player with proven ability to work effectively in a matrix organization with all levels of management. Strong communication and relationship skills. Strong Excel and analytical skills.· A detail-oriented profile with focus on data analysis and the ability to produce business reports. Interest in, and openness to learn about GMNS, regulatory requirements, and the compliance program. Professional maturity and confidence in expressing a point of view with management. Ability to identify and understand key risks, issues, and trends and to develop meaningful information to be shared with leadership. The ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a highly deadline-intensive environment is required. Experience working in a regulatory Compliance environment beneficial. Working knowledge of the Global Merchant Network Services business is beneficial.
