Analyst Global Payroll Systems

SUMMARY

The Global Payroll Systems Analyst has a key role in supporting payroll systems for both payroll and time applications. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Supports integrations between these applications and makes recommendations for improvements to provide an efficient and fully automated experience where possible.  Support the end-user to create an exceptional employee experience through application support, training, and standard work documentation. First line of support for technical issues related to existing configuration, break-fix, application access and security updates. Identify business process changes which increase efficiency and improve user acceptance and overall experience.  Proactively formulate ideas and recommendations for system improvements. Create and maintain business (standard work) documentation for the HR and Payroll teams. Test, document, and support business system applications changes to configuration for fixes, enhancements, and implementations. Makes recommendations for configuration, design, and improvements to provide an efficient and fully automated experience where possible.  Support the end-user to create an exceptional employee experience through application support, training, and standard work documentation Provide subject matter expertise and over payroll related projects and implementations.  Proactively formulate ideas and recommendations for system improvements. Participate in application updates from change control, to testing to move to production, globally Supports integrations between global payroll applications and third-party suppliers. Identify opportunities for configuration, design, and improvements to provide an efficient and fully automated experience where possible.  Execute strategy for payroll application updates from change control, to testing to move to production, globally. Execute payroll reporting strategy, globally.

YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

Excellent time management, ability to meet deadlines, and organizational skills Experience across multiple countries across regions to support Fortive employee footprint.  Able to develop effective working relationships with various and diverse stakeholders and gain credibility and make recommendations for change. Ability to deliver under tight deadlines, resourceful and solution oriented. Team player who is willing to pitch in and help wherever necessary. Advanced analytical skills with ability to drive to root cause for long-term process and technology improvements Experience working with ADP Global View, ADP Celergo and other payroll applications as needs change. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can operate with flexibility  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to combine attention to detail with big picture perspective. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to gain credibility with Opco’s, Influence others and make recommendations for change. Proven track record of consistently meeting goals and objectives.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in related field, required 7 years’ experience in payroll process management, system implementations and integrations  7 years’ experience in ADP Celergo, ADP Streamline and GlobalView applications and other shared/managed service models.  5 years’ experience in Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement methodology Must be proficient with MS Office software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).  Preferred experience with other collaboration tools such as Miro and Teams Canvas
