As an Analyst - Global Trade Content, you will be responsible for the accurate compilation and in-depth understanding of Harmonized Schedule (HS) with a focus on sourcing, verification, conversion, and quality assurance.
About the Role
In this opportunity as an Analyst - Global Trade Content, you will
Research Global Trade Content for various countries from authorized government websites.
The trade content includes HS, import-export duties, documents required to be filed while paying various duties, trade compliance, licensing requirements including procedures and documents required to obtain those licenses.
Interpret and convert government legislation related to global trade into standard format/software compatible format before loading in the system.
Track regulatory and monitor changes from government websites for assigned tariffs with timely updates.
Seek opportunities to grow regulatory data for assigned tariffs.
Document the processes and work instructions.
About You
You're fit for the role of Analyst - Global Trade Content if your background includes:
Bachelor's Degree Holder
Strong MS Excel skills (have had prior experience with vlook up, pivot, etc.)
An iclination to reading
Excellent English
Exceptional attitude towards customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of HS and Customs regulations
Analytical and interpretation skills
Strong focus on delivery, including attention to details
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while at the same time fully participating in a team environment
Open to Fresh Graduates
