Analyst I, HR Technology
The HR Technology Analyst 1 is a non-supervisory, individual contributor role responsible for working in a team environment to analyze programs and processes for the enterprise using technology such as Workday, SharePoint, HR Ticketing Systems, etc.

Under supervision by management and by team leadership, provides first line support response for users needing assistance with HR Technology issues and problems. This support includes the use of HR Systems and Application as well as the enforcement and implementation of HR Technology related policies and procedures. Must be efficient and not only close jobs quickly, but they leave a perception with the client of an organized, professional, friendly and competent HR department.Be part of a Global HR Systems Operations which provides a single point of contact for technical issues and concerns within the company's HR systems and applications at 24 hours/5 days work week schedule.First level support may require all shift work availability, and as such may require altered 5 day work week in support of a developing 24x7x365 support modelCorrectly categorize, prioritize and diagnose Incidents and Service Requests received via phone, email or HR portalPerform diagnostics and troubleshooting of customers’ HR application and procedural issuesProvide end user credentials and permission administration of HR systems within guidelines set by IT Security and HRProvide first level technical remedies and standard fixes based on technical training, documentation (technical scripts, knowledge bases, operations manual) and advise from higher level resolver groupsCoordinate HR incident resolution with resolver groups, track trends and trigger problem management out of the identified trends on the incidents receivedPerform follow-ups with support groups and call-backs to end usersDevelops proficiency in the application and use of HR systems, tools, and processes within the HR department's scopeDevelops proficiency in HR business processes that drive the applications within the department’s scopePromotes customer satisfaction and quality customer service within Asurion for clients and other internal stakeholdersDevelops and maintains positive working relationships with all Asurion departmentsSupports after hours tasks as required by the Manager and/or Level 2 HR Technology AnalystEscalates issues to the Level 2 HR Technology Analyst and/or Manager in a timely and appropriate mannerOrganizes workload to meet deadlines as assigned by the team leadershipDevelops a working knowledge of Asurion's applications and system integrationCreates, maintains, and adheres to required departmental processes and procedures as assigned by the team leadershipDevelops understanding and adheres to Asurion's HR departmental processes and proceduresProvide other support to Human Resources management and staff as assigned or needed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.Minimum 1 - 2 year experience with HR Information SystemsWorkday, ServiceNow, Oracle’s Taleo Applicant Tracking, Payroll systems experience a plus.Knowledge of all HR functions as well as of HRIS applications and software.Ability to work both cooperatively and independently in a fast paced, ever changing high priority environment.Ability to manage requirements and work with a team of functional and technical staff.Must be analytical, detail oriented and quality conscious. Attention to data integrity issues.Excellent time management, organizational and prioritizing skills.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:  Intermediate language skills are required.  This includes the ability to read, write, analyze and interpret complex instructions, correspondence, legal documents, financial reports and/or technical documents.  This also includes the ability to respond effectively to clients, employees and management and handle sensitive and/or confidential communications.

TECHNICAL SKILLS: Proven ability to offer solutions and designs to solve process issues. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook.  Key HR systems administration knowledge in Workday.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:  This position requires intermediate mathematical skills.  This includes the ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide and interpret complex numbers, financial data, and reports.  This position also requires the ability to apply such concepts to create reports and records and present them to end users effectively.

Must be willing to work on SHIFTING SCHEDULE, most of the time mid or night shift
