This role focuses on creating reports, handling ad-hoc requests, and conducting studies and analyses. With experience, assignments become more diverse and are performed under general supervision. **Key Responsibilities** + Generate and maintain standard reports and ad-hoc analyses. + Conduct studies to support operational decisions. + Ensure work aligns with IEHP’s Quality Program goals, including HEDIS, CAHPS, and NCQA Accreditation requirements. **Qualifications:** **Education & Experience** + **Bachelor’s degree in health** , Business, or a related field from an accredited institution required. + **Experience:** Two (2) or more years in report writing and analysis, with extensive use and understanding of MS Access, Excel, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint. + **Alternative Education Path:** In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, four (4) years of direct experience in a facilities role supporting business processes and applications is required. **Skills & Key Competencies** + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel). + Excellent data analysis and input capabilities. + Effective written and verbal communication skills. + Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
