Work closely with the Third-Party Logistics service providers and customers to ensure customers' requirements are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Manage new customer setup in system  Manage sales orders from order placing till delivery. Support with customer orders, drop shipments, short and lost shipments, credit memos and invoices, return authorizations, as well as other related work that is generated in the order service departments  Manage warranty claim for parts, and replacement Maintain an effective level of communication and working relationship with all customers and cross functional departments , such as Sales , Sales Support , Field Service , Planner , Logistics , Finance and other related departments both local and oversea. Support and back up department during peak time and other short staffing occasions English, good at read and write Related customer service experience will be advantage
