Your role at Baxter
As a member of the St. Paul Quality team, the Quality Analyst II plays an instrumental role in ensuring we manufacture safe and effective devices for our patients. In this role your primary responsibility will be to review completed manufacturing batch records and to coordinate the release of finished good products in inventory management systems. In many instances the Quality Analyst II is the last set of eyes on our internal records ensuring our process has been followed correctly and that documentation is accurate and reliable.

What you’ll be doing
Perform inspection, document, review batch records and release of Final Packaged product.Ensure Good Documentation Practices (GDP) are utilized throughout the documentation of the manufacturing process and identifies opportunities for improvement.Coach and advise others on GDP best practices.Coordinate with other departments when corrections to a batch record are needed.Execute transactions in inventory management system (release transactions, holds, transferrers, etc.)Support Site Quality goals and initiatives
What you’ll bring
Required
High School diploma with 2+ years related experience.Demonstrated attention to detail, accuracy and analytical skills required. Must be able to prioritize work responsibilities and work independently.Must have good communication skills and ability to effectively communicate across all departments and levels of management.Must have strong computer skills and proficient use of Microsoft officeMay be required to work flexible hours and overtime on short notice.Preferred
Experience in a pharmaceutical or Biotech industry preferred.Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) documentation and ISO 13485 requirements preferred.Knowledge of aseptic techniques may be required. General knowledge of quarantine and warehouse operation helpful.We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a base salary range of $76,000 to $104,500, plus an annual incentive bonus. The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
