Transfer Pricing

1. Reviewing RPT schedule as per financials, classifying transactions into various buckets as per Form 3CEB.

2. Reconciling RPT schedule with Form 26AS where taxes are deducted.

3. Collating necessary documentation like Agreements, Invoices from finance team for Form 3CEB.

4. Coordinating with consultants in providing information required as per IRL.

5. Assisting in reviewing and filing of Form 3CEB.

6. Collate and provide the information required by the Consultants for preparation of TP Reports.

7. Assisting in maintaining the TP agreement repository.

  

TDS Related Compliances

1. Preparing monthly TDS/ TCS payment workings and remitting TDS.

 2. Preparation and filing of Quarterly TDS returns and filing corrections as and when necessary.

 3. To keep track of lower withholding certificates limit on regular basis and ensure appropriate TDS once the limits are breached.

 4. Reviewing of Form 15CBs on ongoing basis and maintain a 15CA/15CB tracker with all the backups. Reconciliation of 15CA/CBs with related party transactions with Form 26AS.

 5. Keeping track of TDS demands and resolving the demands.

 6. Work with the finance/ revenue team for reconciliation of TDS receivable and TCS reconciliation in books with Form 26AS.

 7. Generating and Issuing Form 16A, Transaction Based Report and Form 27D in a timely manner.

 8. Addressing TDS and TCS certificates related queries to user department.

 9. Providing opinion on TDS applicability for third party vendor [domestic & overseas], for IC partners.

 10. Working on 31st March accruals, keeping details of vendor wise details for tax deductions. Liaising with tax auditors and providing reconciliation between financials and TDS accruals as of 30th April.

 11. Reconciliation of revenue reported in Form 26AS with GST return filed. Liaising with IDT team for reconciliation.

 12. Coordinating with local controllers, demonstrating requirement as per Indian tax laws and obtaining TRC and No-PE declaration for processing IC payment. Generating e-Form 10F from Income tax portal.

  

Tax Accounting, Compliances & Litigations

1. Preparing ATPT schedule on monthly basis, reconciling with BPC and SAP.

 2. Preparing entries for TDS payment and reviewing payment entries on timely basis.

 3. Preparing Netting off entries on monthly basis.

 4. Preparing Cash taxes on monthly basis and punching Cash taxes into BPC.

 5. Preparing Tax GL Review file on monthly basis.

 6. Preparing and reviewing advance tax and other tax payment entries are passed in SAP on timely basis.

 7. Preparing necessary schedules for USGAAP quarterly tax provisioning, to punch in tax provision numbers into One Source Tax provision software.

 8. Preparing USGAAP and IGAAP tax provision entries and getting it posted in SAP / Financials and reviewing the entry once posted.

 9. Assisting in sourcing information for local GAAP Tax provision workings and related workings.

 10. Collating necessary Information required for Corporate tax assessments and Transfer Pricing assessment.

 11. Preparing schedules/ clauses for Tax audit, coordinating with tax auditors and get the queries resolved ontime.

 12. Assisting in reviewing and filing of Tax audit report.

 13. Assisting in advance tax working.

 14. Collating necessary information for tax return filing.

 15. Reconciliation with AIS/TIS.

 16. Regularly updating tax compliance status into PwC’s compliance tool.

 17. Assisting in gathering data in relation to implementation orders.

 18. Preparing quarterly tax provision workings in OTP.

 19. Coordination with global teams and consultants (within & outside India) in relation to various CIT compliances.
