• Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives, managing specific tasks or components.
• Respond to employee inquiries, offering assistance with HR-related questions and issues.
• Maintain HR records and systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Stay informed about HR best practices and trends, staying up to date on industry changes.
• Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams on various HR projects and tasks.
• Support the development and updates of HR policies and procedures.
• Participate in audits and compliance checks, ensuring HR practices meet legal standards.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically, 1+ years of relevant work experience in Human Resources.
• Proven experience in HR data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiencies in HR metrics, data interpretation, and reporting tools.
• A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.
Other Qualifications:
• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in data analysis or HR analytics are a plus.
