Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:
• Provide support to HR teams on various tasks and projects.
• Assist in basic data analysis and reporting.
• Participate in HR training and development activities.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues on specific support tasks.
• Offer administrative assistance in HR documentation and record management.
• Help maintain HR records.
• Support HR reporting and data management.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 1+ years of relevant work experience
• Proven interest in HR data analysis and reporting
• Proficiency in basic HR tools and systems
• Strong analytical and data manipulation skills
• Detail-oriented and attentive to data quality
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• A commitment to continuous learning and industry knowledge
Other Qualifications:
• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Additional coursework or relevant certifications are a plus
