**Job Purpose:**
This role will be responsible for the creation, analysis and communicating the daily, weekly and monthly reports of Motors Planning. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and on-time delivery of the reports to the stakeholders.

In this role, you may be responsible for providing material forecasts, finished goods' item setups, and order splits to manufacturing plants and shipping locations in North America based on planned line rates. Also, you will be responsible for communicating the inventory planning status and issues to high-level management, users, supervisors, and plant managers.

**As Planning Materials Analyst, you will:**
+ Verify the accuracy of customer order load process to insure all orders entered correctly on daily basis.
+ Create the daily Planning reports related to Inventory, Production Output and Sales.
+ Acknowledge orders in Oracle.
+ Monitor excess stator and rotor inventory builds and track root causes.
+ Submit Advanced Shipment Notice North America and Europe customers.
+ Track and report material requisitions not converted into PO and unreleased or unapproved purchase orders.
+ Calculate Finished Goods and protector ABCD classification.
+ Send out Approved Supplier List Report.
+ Calculate minimum and maximum KANBAN sizes for each finished goods.
+ Calculate planning bills based on past sales and forecast.
+ Update the process documents to ensure compliance with the Quality Management System.
**JOB SPECIFICATIONS:**
+ Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business, Engineering, Technical field or equivalent. Preferably an Industrial Engineering graduate.
+ With experience in Production Planning, Supply Chain or Procurement
+ Background in ISO Quality Management Systems
+ Knowledge in MS Excel, macros and Visual Basic for Applications.
+ Knowledge in Tableau, Power BI and SQL is an advantage.
+ Well developed analytical skills, articulate, innovative and confident
+ Good written and spoken English communication skills
+ Flexible, able to work on own initiative, deal with more than one project at a time, can work under pressure and tight deadlines, and prioritize tasks accordingly.
