REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS/SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reports to the Manager of MMIS and Process Improvement.
POSITION SUMMARY
The main function of this position is to design, write and develop reports to track financial and supply chain performance for administration, management, and end-users. Supports Lawson applications to include, but not limited to, Inventory Control, Accounts Payable, Finance, Procurement, Contracting, and Lawson Business Intelligence for all PHS locations. Maintains database and other master files related to said applications. Provide backup coverage for other Lawson support team personnel. Serve as liaison support to Information Systems as well as internal system users, business process owners and vendors.
ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Designs, writes, and develops reports to track financial and supply chain performance for administration, management, and end-users using a variety of third-party reporting tools.
2. Access and proficiency in databases relative to but not limited to, the item master, online approvals listing, vendor master, chart of accounts, accounting unit listings, etc., for all ProMedica entities.
3. Prioritize, schedule, and monitor activities and quality of work to include the creation of work plans and status reports to management.
4. Responsible for the daily support in installed software, user and application support, and technical project leader responsibilities as assigned.
5. Assists in assuring proper procedural and MMIS application internal controls are in place and operationalized.
6. Analyze/evaluate requirements related to the implementation, modification or upgrade of software products or the development, enhancement or modification directly related to supply chain modules.
7. Participate on cross-functional teams focused on processes and/or procedural improvements.
8. Provide backup coverage, when requested, to other Lawson support team personnel.
9. Other duties as assigned.
10. Provides system support, troubleshooting and communication for end-users.
11. Provides project management for the operational aspects of MMIS financial and supply chain applications including new installations, upgrades, system administration and maintenance functions.
