Analyst II TIS OCIO

As an OCIO Analyst, you will work with senior team members in the implementation of continuous improvement, process enhancement, and communications initiatives across the TIS organization to enable effective communications and engagement of broader TIS organization.  

What you will do:

Assist in the communications process by using the TIS Communications log and applying our existing TIS strategy to execute and evaluate our already established Communications process.

Support senior leaders in the development of new emails, communications, and articles in the OCIO and broader TIS team.

Document and provide enhancement recommendations to leaders for existing processes within the OCIO and broader TIS team.

Analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements in support of system and/or process changes through meeting facilitation and interviews with stakeholders.

Assist with leader on the development and delivery of engagement activities and change management.

Act as a point of contact for TIS team members who require process support.

Ensure data accuracy and completeness within Communications and Engagement processes, following up with end-users as required.

Develop and support processes, dashboards, and reports for the OCIO and broader TIS team.

Partner with OCIO and TIS stakeholders to implement process and reporting enhancements.

Support senior leaders in the development of a holistic reporting landscape for OCIO and the broader TIS team.

Who you are:

You have post-secondary education in a Communications with exposure to specialized.

You have minimum 2 years of IT experience as a communications analyst.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

You have good working knowledge in 4 or more knowledge areas:

Requirements Gathering.

Requirements Analysis & Documentation.

Value Chain Analysis.

Building dashboards and KPIs (PowerBI)

Service Now.

OCM, Facilitation, Presentations, and Communication.

Planning and organization.

Business Process Modeling & Process Redesign.

Writing of Implementation and Change Management plans.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:

Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
