**Job Description:**
**JOB SUMMARY:**
The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to help the organization make data-driven decisions. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Collect and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
+ Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support business decision-making.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
+ Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data quality checks.
+ Use statistical techniques and software tools to analyze data and generate reports.
+ Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
+ Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
+ Create technical documentation for SOX compliance.
+ Document work instructions for use of developed analytical tools.
+ Establish, review, and maintain timelines.
+ Communicate status to upper management and internal customers.
+ Salary Range: $23.50 - $27.00.
**Qualifications**
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ 2-to-4-year degree or equivalent experience with emphasis in CIS, Database Management / Modeling, Mathematics, or related field
+ Strong consideration for candidates with database, data analysis, and reporting software experience
+ Knowledge of developmental software languages (Visual Basic, SQL, or others)
+ Ability to find solutions to challenging problems
+ Experience in process analysis and development a plus
+ Deadline oriented and ability to work under stressful situations
+ Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
+ Ability to determine procedures and methods to be used to garner expected results
+ Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing job responsibilities
+ Must be able to learn processes quickly, break process down into logical divisions, and recognize opportunity for improvements.
+ Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated.
+ Must be able to communicate effectively with peers, as well as upper-level management.
+ Must be able to build relationships and leverage resources.
