Analyst-Information Services Clinical Intermediate
(This is a hybrid position and will involve some onsite work in Indianapolis, Indiana)
We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Clinical Application Analysts and to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the seamless integration, support, and implementation of various third-party applications used across our organization. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to coordinate project work and implementations, ensuring that our software solutions meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs ongoing system support, administration, maintenance and upgrades of clinical applications. Maintains up-to-date system test scripts and system documentation for assigned applications and functionality. Conducts on-site workflow assessments and identifies best practice standards. Analyzes, designs, and builds clinical applications to satisfy the needs of the user departments. Maintains a high level of interaction with all clinical areas to continually enhance/improve patient care.STRONGLY PREFERRED:
Registered Nurse Previous Experience with Healthcare Technologies Willing to travel to IU Health facilitiesREQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. 3-5 years experience required. Requires current license/certification or eligibility (e.g. RN). Requires experience in a clinical discipline (e.g. Nursing). Requires experience with clinical systems or experience implementing/supporting clinical systems.
