About the role
Within the Marketing department, you will be working in the Customer Marketing Analytics team, in an area that specialises in campaign activation across a range of owned and paid personalisation channels.
Your role will help to increase the efficiency of our campaign activation through:
Continual development of our campaign platforms, working collaboratively with teams across the businessAnalysing and optimising our campaign data inputsBuilding relationships with our third party platform providers to ensure we drive best value from our investmentsAnalyse the results for campaigns (across email/app/social)Building automated solutions for reporting and analysisContinually improving existing processes to enhance our team’s capabilities across campaign delivery and measurementWhat you'll need to haveRelevant previous experience or a degree with strong quantitative elements (i.e. includes statistics modules), such as Maths, Physics, Geography, PsychologyAbility to translate business questions into analytical problems, using available data to develop a scalable solutionExcellent verbal and written communication skills - you will be presenting complex results to less technical audiencesStrong attention to detail The drive to proactively investigate potential problemsAbility to organise own workload, often balancing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneouslyConfidence talking to others and building rapport.
