We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Analyst Operating Procedures - Financial Crime Detection and Digital Enablement
Principal Responsibilities
Collaborate with FC DI VS SMEs to identify, document, standardise and embed core procedures across the VS.Analyse existing procedures and identify opportunities to streamline them.Ensure alignment and compliance of procedures is in line with applicable FIM requirements.Manage and maintain a centralised repository of accessible procedures, aligned to the policy and control framework, to support the FC DI VS learning journey and delivery.Lead the implementation of standardised procedures across the FC DI VS, ensuring clear communication and training.Monitor and assess the adoption and effectiveness of new procedures, making adjustments as necessary based on feedback and data analysis.Manage the periodic review and refresh cycle, along with the record retention requirements.Regularly review and refine procedures to adapt to changing business needs, industry trends, and regulatory / internal requirements.Proactively review bottlenecks, inefficiencies and opportunities for optimisation.Identify and escalate issues.Some careers have more impact than others.
