Analyst Operations
**Role Purpose** This role will provide administrative and technical support to the Global Sales Functional Operations team by managing CRM, reservation system, and GDSs. Ensuring data accuracy, generating reports, and streamlining operational processes. Assist with the implementation of sales strategies, programs, and promotions. Supports sales operational governances, ways of working optimization, and develop operations performance analysis that enable the sales operations teams to maximize, efficiency, productivity and increase key stakeholder satisfaction. **Key Accountabilities** + Support key stakeholders with ‘Ad Hoc’ requests in line with evolving sales requirements. + Discover and identify internal operations gaps to allow Sales Operations Mangers to achieve efficiencies as needed. + Provide operational support through managing issues, discrepancies and requests. + Initiate and manage Rate Audits with the GDS/TPI (Third Party Intermediaries) for Global Sales, rate/product escalations. Conduct test bookings and escalate defects to appropriate internal/external support teams. + Subject Matter Expert (SME) and point of escalation for Global Sales queries and concerns related to GRS, GDS/TPI and Rate Loading issues. Triages escalations through appropriate channels, monitors and reports back to applicable stakeholders until issue is resolved. + Support the setup, build and implementation of Global Sales programs and promotions + Support sales efficiencies by upskilling relevant teams on Sales Operations Ways of Working **Key Skills & Experiences** Education- Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience. Experience – A minimum of three years of relevant experience or equivalent work experience in operations management, analytics, & sales effectiveness. An additional minimum of two years of relevant experience or equivalent work experience in Sales of the service industry. Consultant experience an advantage but not required. Required Skills – + A minimum of three years of relevant experience or equivalent work experience in sales operations/GDS, analytics, & or sales enablement. + Proven time management skills. + Ability to interact on a professional level with business partners and key stakeholders + Detail oriented with good analytical skills. + Excellent written and verbal Communication Skills. + Advanced Excel Skills + Knowledge of IHG products, rates and programs. + Knowledge and experience of Sales & Reporting Systems (i.e Salesforce, Tableau, GRS, GDS’s: Sabre, Worldspan, Apollo/Galileo) Don't quite meet every single requirement, but still believe you'd be a great fit for the job?
