Analyst Payroll Accounting
Position Title: Analyst Payroll Accounting Reports to Title: Manager RTR LATAM Dept / Function: HBP – RTR Location: Providencia * Summary:* Ensure the correct and complete posting of payroll accounting activities in the companies asigned (Mexico 2 Legal Entities or more) according to the GAAP, IFRS and other accounting actual rules stablish. Elaborate payroll accounting reporting, intercompanies, reserves, and other GL account reconciliations and integrations. Attend and deliver information for auditors and internal stakeholders. * Responsibilities:* * Ensure the correct and complete analysis and review of the Payroll Accounting (posting) activities in the companies assigned. Keeping accurate records and reports of payroll transactions. * Elaborate payroll reclass or adjustment, intercompany activity related, accruals and other GL account reconciliations. * Attend internal & external audits or other internal & external inquiries * Support on internal or external process improvement / testing / and KPIs * Reports and analysis to management and stakeholders. * Abilities required:* * Knowledge of Financial Accounting, posting journal entries and reconciliations. * Understanding local and governmental rules about payroll. * Knowledge/ability to work with SAP FI, GAAP and IFRS prefereable. * Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure and produce accurate results. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written & verbal), and the ability to maintain confidentiality. * Be organized and have great attention to detail. * Work as a collaborative team member. * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. * Education:* Degree in Accounting, equivalent major or equivalent experience in the field * Experience: * 2 years of experience #LI-JS1 #LI-Hybrid
