The Sales Incentive Compensation Analyst for Leica Biosystems is responsible for sales compensation administration, reporting, and analysis for Leica Biosystems. This position is part of the Sales Operations located in Deer Park, IL office and will be on-site position. At Leica Biosystems, our vision is to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives. You will be a part of the Sales Compensation team and report to the Manager, Performance & Compensation responsible for calculating compensation payment, sales Reporting & Analysis-data compilation, analytics and updating of key strategic divisional and senior staff initiatives (KPI, PD, etc.). In this role, you will have the opportunity to: + Compensation Administration & Analysis; Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of sales incentive payments to the sales organization. + Maintain/Improve the systems, processes and data that drive the sales incentive plans for a large, multi-role sales organization (including maintaining sales territories, account adjustments, product inclusions, etc.) + Participate in plan design and drafting-model proposed plans against anticipated business conditions. + Communicate plans and participate in training the Sales team. + Sales Reporting & Analysis-data compilation, analytics and updating of key strategic divisional and senior staff initiatives (KPI, PD, etc.). Ad Hoc projects and reporting as necessary. The essential requirements of the job include: + BS Degree required + 2 + years relevant work experience (Compensation, Analytics) + Advanced Excel skills (e.g. high comfort level with consolidating and joining data, creating formulas, macro development) + Proven capability with automated sales compensation systems (i.e. Callidus, Varicent -including the ability to maintain and update database tables, queries/rules & overall structure.) Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: + Travel: ~5% It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: + Varicent experience is a plus + Power BI experience is a plus + 1+ years with SAP Strongly Preferred and Strong Visual Basic and/or SQL coding a plus The salary range is $70,000 - $102,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
