Analyst Process Improvement

Role Description:

The Analyst Process Imptovement analyzes the workflow, production methods and plant layout in order to proceed with the optimization of efficiency along the entire Value Stream.

Responsibilities:

Defines and organizes the production processes, the lay-out and any needs relating to the equipment;Drafts and maintains work instructions, from which standard work times are established;Collaborate with the industrialization team in the proposal of product/process modifications aimed at improving quality and reducing costs;It deals with the definition of the right work cycles to maximize production yield with the maximum saturation of machinery and workforce;Monitors and analyzes the actual data of the operating plants;Develop performance indicators based on the relationship between the actual volume produced and the presence of Manpower;Supports the implementation of standard methodologies, libraries, tools and solutions;Finally, it guarantees the implementation in the plant of the best technical process solutions.

Requirements:

Technical High School or Degree in Engineering;Previous experience at least two years in the role of time and method analyst;Good predisposition to team work and contact with the production environment;Fluent Italian languageGood knowledge in English;Optimal Computer knowledge of the Office package;Ability to analyze data using BI;Knowledge of the SAP management system;Knowledge of the cycle and its subdivision into subsets;Knowledge of the work cycle and man/machine diagrams;Knowledge of predetermined time systems (PMTS);Knowledge of operational excellence systems is a preferential qualification;
