The Business
Willis Towers Watson benefit consultants have deep experience working with organizations of all types and sizes. We’ve worked closely with clients to develop some of the most advanced benefit design techniques currently in use. We combine expertise in retirement and investment consulting to support organizations worldwide in designing, managing, administering and communicating all types of retirement plans.
The Role
As an analyst within the QDRO/QMCSO/POA Group of Pension Outsourcing, you will work with consultants and senior consultants in administering Qualified Medical Child Support Orders (QMCSOs), Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs), and Power of Attorney (POA) documents for Fortune 1000 and other non-profit organizations. As a key team member responsible for work product, you will be working directly on client projects in support of broad client engagements.
As a Pension Outsourcing Analyst– Shared Delivery you will contribute as part of a team to the entire range of QDRO/QMCSO/POA outsourcing services and projects. You will work with mid and senior consultants as well as interface with clients to answer questions, resolve issues and complete projects. You will have the opportunity to:

1+ years of experience in employee benefits, retirement, or consulting with a focus on plan administration, or recordkeeping or call center experience is highly desirable. Prior experience in professional services firm or legal environment preferred, but not required.General knowledge of defined contribution (401(k)) plans and/or defined benefit plans is preferred, but not required.General knowledge of IRC, ERISA and other relevant laws and regulations affecting employee benefit plans is preferred, but not required.Well organized and detail orientedStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to ask the right questions and seek help where appropriateNatural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levelsRespond to all communications effectively and in a timely mannerFlexibility and proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues; strong client service orientationProficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).Ability to work both independently and on client teams who enjoys a fast-paced environmentSense of accountability; owning one’s work and taking pride in itProven experience successfully working on multiple projects and producing quality deliverables on timeAssociates degree preferred but will consider candidates with relevant work experience in lieu of the degree.
