About the Role:

CrowdStrike is looking for an experienced, passionate, and collaborative Analyst Relations Manager to join our industry analyst relations (AR) team. In this role you will support and help execute our fast-growing AR program across several business areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with key influencers as well as internal stakeholders to drive CrowdStrike’s thought leadership in the market. What You’ll Do: 

Develop and manage relationships with the industry analyst community at large, including Gartner, Forrester, and IDC to help increase awareness and knowledge of CrowdStrike’s products and services across key and emerging markets..

Drive analyst strategy and engagement across core products and services by building analyst relationships, awareness and confidence in CrowdStrike across key and emerging markets.

Build, communicate and educate our AR strategy internally, as well as help build and develop internal spokespeople in order to scale our program globally.

Manage briefings and discussion with key influencers and ensure clear and consistent messages.

Manage all analyst interactions, including advisory/SAS engagements, inquiries, and briefings. Set clear agenda and expectation for the engagements and share insights.

Lead and project manage all analyst evaluations from start to finish including internal strategy, kick off, RFI execution, demo strategy, and final submission.

Guide development of analyst facing material and share analyst insights to inform development of product/communication strategy and key messages.

Stay on top of the analyst research agenda, including the competitive landscape and analyst point of view of the vendors in each market, and work closely across product marketing and product management to incorporate analyst feedback and research findings into our product positioning and roadmap.

Support product launches and campaigns with message building, briefings and drive analyst validation.

Support sales with industry analyst assets to help in the sales cycle. 

Plan and manage Analyst Program at Tier 1 events (Fal.Con, Analyst Conferences, Industry Events).

Maintain a calendar of industry analyst research reports and communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to give sufficient opportunity to fill out RFIs and understand the measurement criteria.

What You’ll Need:

8 + years of experience leading analyst relations for major product/service lines; additional experience in product marketing, communications or similar preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to effectively present to internal and external audiences.

Ability to take initiative and execute projects from start to finish while working independently to set and manage deadlines, connect the dots, and follow through.

Track record demonstrating successful AR program leadership, including management of major evaluations, spokesperson training, securing stakeholder buy-in, and actioning inbound insights from analysts.

Solid understanding of the organization’s business goals and industry direction with the capacity to balance strategic thinking with tactical and detailed execution.

Ability to to comprehend, analyze, and interpret analyst research. 

Team player with the ability to build rapport and trust with colleagues on cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.

Bonus Points:

Cybersecurity experience strongly preferred.

Start-up, rapid growth and/or publicly traded company experience.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $105,000 - $160,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
