About the RoleReport Downloading and Creation: Download and compile reports from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Presentation Creation: Develop and design presentations based on the compiled data, ensuring clarity and visual appeal. Update Tracker: Maintain and update trackers to monitor progress and ensure all tasks are on schedule. Update MOP Board: Regularly update the MOP board with the latest information and metrics. Data Gathering: Collect and organize data from different departments and sources to support reporting needs. Administrative Work: Perform general administrative tasks related to reporting, including filing, documentation, and communication with relevant stakeholders.
About You
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field. An experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) – Knowledgeable of PowerApps is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
