Analyst Reporting & Training | Patient Financial Services
Overview Full Time position 7:30am-4pm Reports to the Director of Patient Financial Service. Develops and maintains reports for EPIC Resolute and Prelude users. Coordinates collection and organization of financial and operational data which is provided to management for monitoring operations and decision making. Overseas contract and research billing. Designs, develops, coordinates and conducts training for a unit specific area or specialty. Qualifications Required Education: High School Diploma or GED Preferred Education: Associate's degree or higher in Computer Science, Accounting or Business Administration. Education can be substituted with 3-5 years' previous experience and demonstrated skill in the use of software applications and analysis is acceptable. Necessary Skills: Ability to seek out and find solution for EPIC reporting needs Ability to meet deadlines Ability to adapt to a changing environment Effective verbal and written communication skills Required Licensure/Certifications: Must attain the certifications below within 1 year of hire or transfer: EPIC Resolute EPIC Reporting Certification Required Experience: 3-5 years healthcare billing, reporting. Experience in accounts receivable is preferred. User training, education and documentation are also preferred. Preferred Experience: Experience in accounts receivable is preferred.
