\nSr Analyst, Partner Operations Business Partner\nWhy We Have This Role\nQualtrics is looking for a Partner Payments Specialist who is responsible for managing the payment process for partners/vendors in the Ecosystems organization. You will work closely with the finance, legal, sales, customer operations, and ecosystem teams to ensure timely and accurate payment reconciliation, invoice processing, and partner/vendor payment disbursement plus working on ad-hoc process improvements projects and other roles and responsibilities that evolve through Qualtrics’ continued growth journey.

Harnessing analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and recognize patterns helps optimize payment processes and identify areas for improvement.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For On Your Resume\n\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Business or Information Systems\n6+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Finance or Management consulting with focus on the following:\nForecasting, go-to-market (GTM) execution, sales compensation and incentive plan creation, and partnering with high-level partner and sales leaders\nStrong working knowledge of Sales organizations, Sales quotas, and CRM platforms (i.e. Salesforce.com)\nExperience delivering against multiple priorities at the same time along with strong attention to detail, planning and the ability to work in a dynamic environment\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex formulas, generate pivot tables and charts, VLookups, manage large datasets, and automate tasks using macros and VBA programming\nStrong verbal and written interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate across multiple channels\nAbility to work with and analyze large data sets\nFamiliarity with Coupa, Netsuite is a huge plus\n\nWhat You Should Know About This Team\n\nYou’ll be a Global Ecosystem Operations team member, and we take pride in delivering operational excellence to our external partners and internal stakeholders through accurate, timely, insightful and customer focused deliverables and operational support.
