The Role: Revenue Cycle Analyst
MaineGeneral is currently seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to provide specialized technical support for financial information systems.
This is a hybrid role, in-office days are required.
The Opportunity:
MaineGeneral Health is currently searching for a Revenue Cycle Analyst to join our specialized team of dedicated professionals to provide analysis, research, and recommendations regarding the organization's billing, collection, and resolution practices.
The Work:
Develops reporting solutions to meet the needs of the organization including writing custom reportsServes as an internal resource and consultant regarding the functioning and administration of revenue cycleProvides, support and troubleshooting to end users. Works to resolve user interface issues and recommends steps to prevent recurrences. Determines origin of system malfunctions and works collaboratively with staff and/or vendors to resolve problemsManages customer expectations and ensures prompt and complete customer service
You Have:
Demonstrated ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.Revenue Cycle experience preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex healthcare challengesProficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, showcasing your ability to leverage technology for impactful revenue cycle supportExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, ensuring effective collaboration and communication across teamsExperience working with SQL and Tableau, demonstrating your proficiency in utilizing cutting-edge tools for data analysisExperience preferred working with types of data used by health systems; claims, electronic health records, billing, and codingScheduled Weekly Hours:40Scheduled Work Shift:Job Exempt: NoBenefits:Supporting all aspects of our employees’ wellness – physical, emotional and financial – is a critical component of being a great place to work.
