Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented Publication Operations Specialist with hands-on experience in Datavision™ and iEnvision to support publication-related operations. This role is critical for ensuring efficient management of publication programs, compliance with industry guidelines, and seamless coordination of publication planning activities.The ideal candidate will have prior experience working on these platforms within a medical affairs or medical communications setting, ensuring smooth execution of publication planning, tracking, and reporting. Key Responsibilities:Publication Planning & Tracking:Manage and update publication records in Datavision™ and iEnvision.Ensure accurate tracking of manuscript development, abstracts, posters, and presentations.Maintain timelines and compliance standards for publications.Operational Support & Compliance:Ensure adherence to ICMJE, GPP, and other relevant publication guidelines.Work closely with internal teams, including medical affairs, medical writing, and external stakeholders, to maintain publication workflows.Monitor data integrity and resolve discrepancies within the platforms.Collaboration & Coordination:Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams for publication-related activities.Support publication steering committee meetings by generating reports, maintaining publication status updates, and facilitating platform-related tasks.Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.Process Optimization & Reporting:Generate reports and dashboards from Datavision™ and iEnvision for publication tracking and strategic insights.Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency within the platforms.Provide training and guidance to internal teams on best practices for using the tools.
