As an Analytical & Portfolio Manager Support Specialist in our Outsourced Chief Investmnt Office (OCIO) Sales Support team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.

Job responsibilities

Provide comprehensive support by driving meetings, producing reports, creating presentations, and conducting in-depth data analysis to facilitate informed decision-making. Monitor portfolios and enhance operational efficiency through task automation and process management to streamline workflows and improve productivity. Retrieve, interpret, and analyze real-time data, prepare presentations, lead automation projects, and integrate manager reporting. Collaborate to streamline processes by identifying synergies and removing redundancies, leverage global best practices, automate tasks, maintain team meeting schedules, and modernize back-office infrastructure to support OCIO.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor’s/Master's degree required 2+ years of relevant experience Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on creating PowerPoint presentations.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Preferred proficiency in Python and Tableau.
