As a Defined Contribution & Investment Support Specialist in our Outsourced Chief Investment Office (OCIO) Sales Support team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.

 Job Responsibilities:

Drive new business for DC Consulting by leveraging data, preparing sales reports, and supporting strategic planning and marketing initiatives. Serve as the primary contact for advisors, ensuring compliance, clear communication, and strong relationships while supporting marketing strategies. Oversee investment management, conduct performance analysis, and assist advisers in maintaining strong client relationships and support. Manage client onboarding, coordinate with different Record-keepers and other stakeholders, and contribute to special investment projects to ensure seamless operations. Oversee investment management, including menu construction and fund manager selection.

 Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Bachelor’s/ Master's degree required 2+ years of relevant experience. Strong organizational and people skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advance Excel skills. Meticulous with a methodical approach to following and updating SOPs. Skilled in implementing process automation to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness, and managing initiatives alongside daily responsibilities. An initiative-taking approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues, and having the determination to follow through. Escalate issues as appropriate.
