As a Marketing & Engagement Specialist in our Outsourced Chief Investment Office (OCIO) Sales Support team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.

 Job Responsibilities:

Plan and execute client engagement events, manage training schedules, conduct prospect research, and maintain pitch books to enhance client relationships and drive business growth. Coordinate and manage comprehensive client-focused activities, including events, training, research, and content updates, to support business development and strengthen client connections. Enhance advisor effectiveness by creating newsletters, delivering training programs, supporting new joiners, coordinating central training, tracking participation, and maintaining training content. Maintaining intranets, tracking content lists and expiries, managing the internal content library page, and ensuring data updates.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills.

Bachelor’s/Master's degree required 2+ years of relevant experience. Experience in marketing content creation. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advance PowerPoint skills.
