The SAP Training Analyst is a key role for the Westinghouse SAP system. For this role, experience with SAP is preferred but not required; instead, the role requires exposure to instructional design, strong communications, and high motivation.
The SAP Training Analyst will be presented with an opportunity to facilitate analysis of training needs and development of training programs/materials by partnering with Business Process Owners (BPOs). The SAP Training Analyst will also learn to utilize EnableNow to create and update training materials.

Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent. 1 to 3 years experience in similar role Fluency in written and spoken English Prior experience with any SAP business modules a plus Prior experience with training tools and methodologies a plus High degree of motivation, flexibility and creativity Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze information with attention to detail and accuracy Strong presentation and communication skills to deliver training Demonstrated ability to work with other resources to troubleshoot issues/failures. Documentation skills and ability to create training and job aide material Executes work on time and within budget Provides high quality support within SLA Clear communicator
