Your responsibilities: 

Manage the process of collecting, processing, and analyzing compensation and policy data

Prepare presentations, compensation and policy reports for our clients

Lead off-cycle and process improvement projects using LEAN methodology

Cooperate closely with colleagues not only in Warsaw, but also across various Mercer offices globally

Communicate effectively with external and internal stakeholders.

Review work performed by other colleagues

Train colleagues on survey methodology, tools and processes

 

Our requirements: 

Communicative/Fluent command of written and spoken English

Analytical skills with a proven track record of working with comprehensive numerical data

Experience working with large and complex databases and the ability to understand how they function will be preferred

Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving  skills, assume ownership of tasks, and effectively collaborating with diverse stakeholders

Strong organizational and time management skills: experience in working to tight deadlines and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Be confident, self-motivated, and take a proactive approach to work without the need for constant supervision

Experience using Microsoft Office products, especially Excel. Knowledge of advanced functions would be desirable

Availability for a full-time position.  (Monday-Friday, flexible 8-10 a.m. – 4-6 p.m. / tailored to your needs and in agreement with your manager)
