As a Human Resources Sr. Analyst for our global technology organization, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and helping to drive our People strategy to align with the organization’s strategic business goals. You will support the design of HR solutions across a broad spectrum of topics, including Performance and Change Management, Talent Development and Hiring, Total Rewards, Associate Engagement and Team Effectiveness, Organizational Design, and Culture and Inclusion.
In collaboration with HR Business Partners for your designated business groups, you will provide valuable guidance and business insights to help leaders make informed talent decisions. You will support large-scale rollouts and projects that directly impact the people component of our business strategy. Every day, you will contribute to our long-term people strategy by partnering with the HR team and technology leaders to elevate the associate experience, develop future talent, and strengthen our organization. You will lead and drive our cyclical talent processes, identifying opportunities to streamline and optimize these efforts. To thrive in this role, you’ve had experience supporting and directly engaging with the business, you have supported strategic projects, and you enjoy working in complex, high-growth environments. This role will be based in Irvine or Los Angeles, CA.

You have a minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience, preferably as a Human Resources Generalist.You’re passionate about coaching, supporting, and developing talent. You have partnered with managers and your HR team to develop high-performing teams, build talent pipelines, and drive associate engagement.You enjoy working with data and know how to conduct HR trend analysis with large data sets to identify opportunities. You interpret data and turn this information into actionable insights and recommend solutions.You thrive in fast-paced environments where critical thinking and proactive teamwork are essential for success. You have strong organizational skills and the ability to flex between projects, day-to-day HR support, and in-the-moment priorities.You’re a motivated achiever who brings positive energy to your interpersonal and business interactions, leveraging relationships to navigate changes.You proactively share your perspective by asking questions and bouncing ideas off others. You’re a skilled communicator who thrives in team settings by being authentic, respectful, and engaging.You take a collaborative, considerate, and thoughtful approach to HR projects, remembering that behind every program are people who love their work.You’re able to connect the dots in ambiguous situations, deriving insights to advance organizational goals, and know when to seek guidance from more experienced HR team members.You have a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
Southern California Base Salary Range: $87,382-$139,811
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
