Analyst - Spec Gas Lab

Linde Gas Equipment Inc. is seeking a Specialty Gas Lab Analyst to join our team located in Fairless Hills, PA. Perform routine analytical work on medical and specialty gases using various types of analytical equipment including gas chromatographs and process analyzers. Apply quality control procedures to samples submitted for approval in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Calculate, compile, document, and communicate results to appropriate departments. Professionally interface with all other departments as required.

Perform quality control testing on products per established SOP’sPerform quality control testing on raw materials per established SOP’sProduce and maintain calibration recordsMaintain analytical equipmentDetermine pass/fail status of production samples submitted to labProvide technical support to production and customer service as neededCarry out all PM (preventative maintenance) duties assignedCompile, organize and maintain test data recordsProduce accurate analytical certificationsPerform analysis on medical gases per SOP’s and GMP’sComplete and maintain FDA medical gas paperworkPerform all other duties as assigned
