Feel free to enrich both your personal and work life and hop on board! **Why you'll love this job** + This job is a member of the Corporate Development team within the Finance Division. + Acts as an internal consultant and project manager for various stakeholders across the company. Leads cross-functional initiatives, driving decision making and assisting with the implementation of project solutions. + This position will regularly interact with all levels of management, produce objective qualitative and quantitative analysis, facilitate decision-making, and create and deliver executive-level presentations. **What you'll do** + Synthesize business problems, identifies strategic options, defines outcomes, and gains consensus among senior leadership on solutions. + Lead ad-hoc projects. This can include defining scope, performing strategic analysis and/or financial modelling, project development, planning and implementation. + Project manage transformational initiatives, building project plans, facilitating meetings, and following up with key stakeholders. + Create KPIs and project dashboards to monitor progress. + Gather information from external and internal sources, using various research methods. + Develop decks and present content to leaders and working groups. **All you'll need for success** **Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience** + ​Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training + 3 years of relevant work experience **Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience** + ​Master of Business Administration + Experience in project management and/or consulting **Skills, Licenses & Certifications** + Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams + Ability to take initiative and work effectively in a variety of demanding situations + Exceptional organization and planning skills, with attention to detail + Ability to logically structure analysis of complex issues using an analytical framework, and develop creative solutions to business challenges + Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with all levels of management + Ability to problem solve and effectively deal with ambiguity + Strong leadership skills with the ability to take initiative and manage stress while working in a variety of situations **What you'll get** Feel free to take advantage of all that American Airlines has to offer: + Travel Perks: Ready to explore the world?
