The Travel Benefits team is looking for an Analyst/Sr. Analyst, Travel Benefits & Partnership, who will be responsible for Making Membership Matter through supporting the team’s mission to deliver best in class and differentiated travel value to prove the Premium value proposition and attract prospects. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development, management, and marketing of benefits and capabilities within the travel vertical, including daily partner management.
Responsibilities include:
Innovate and transform travel benefits marketing to create relevancy in the current travel environment, drive awareness and usage among Cardmembers, and deliver competitive differentiation. Act as the day-to-day contact for external partners to ensure core elements of the partnership are executed and delivered flawlessly. Own the end-to-end management and marketing of travel benefits, ensuring timely and flawless execution. Previous experience with budget line management would be an asset. Collaborate and align with key internal stakeholders, including Compliance and Legal, Product, and Servicing Teams. Proactively identify, evaluate, and plan process enhancements to reduce inefficiencies and drive results. Keep a pulse on competitor news and industry trends, especially within the travel industry.Minimum Qualifications:
Undergraduate University degree required in Business or Marketing. 3-5 years of marketing or project management experience. Partner management experience, sponsorships and contract oversight would be an asset. Very organized approach to managing workload with ability to multitask, prioritize and meet aggressive timelines. Strong project management skills and experience launching large scale projects in co-ordination with other business groups. Extremely high attention to detail, with a focus on quality. Excellent collaboration skills, as well as the ability to build, foster and maintain relationships with internal and external business partners. Must be comfortable in a fast-paced work environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Creative and resourceful, with a proven track record for delivering results.
